Epheral is the meeting place of the godden. It's a large, magical clocktower located in a forest at the peak of the tallest mountain, Misty Mountain.
The exterior looks like an old-fashioned, wooden grandfather clock. The clock's numbers are in black, roman numerals, with black clock hands in the same old-fashioned aesthetic. The clock's face is beige, the wood is dark brown. It resembles the Big Ben clocktower.
The clock face can swing open for flying deities, but most simply charge right through the front of the tower. The wall has sort of a liquidy-ripple effect as deities walk through the wall.
The interior is huge, much bigger than what it seems like outside. It looks steampunk; there are various levers and gears all over the walls and a color scheme of gold, gray, bronze, and brown. Elevators have the golden cords exposed. At the same time, it resembles a fancy airport with long, marbled hallways with shops set up throughout.
